FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTICE
City of Cape Coral
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection has determined that the City of Cape Coral’s project involving the extension of drinking water, wastewater, and reclaimed water infrastructure to a previously unserved portion of the City identified as “North 1 and North 2” will not adversely affect the environment. The total cost of the project is estimated at $342,306,000. These projects may qualify for Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) loans comprised of federal or state funds. DEP will consider public comments about the environmental impacts of the proposed projects that are postmarked or delivered at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
