Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 42 No. 50, March 14, 2016 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

The proposed rule is not expected to exceed the criteria in paragraph 120.541(2)(a), F.S., therefore, legislative ratification is not required under subsection 120.541(3), F.S.
