The Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board hereby gives notice:

That on April 26, 2016, an Order was filed on the Petition for Variance and Waiver. The Petition for Variance and Waiver was filed by Richard Giacobe, on June 2, 2015, seeking a variance or waiver from subsection 61J1-6.001(5), F.A.C., and §475.617(3), regarding the requirement that experience can be accounted for on an appraisal experience log, which shall include the following minimum information: …scope of the review and supervision of the supervising appraiser,…and signature and license number of supervising appraiser. The Notice was published in Volume 41, No. 114, of the Florida Administrative Register, on June 12, 2015. The Board reviewed the Petition as its meeting held on August 10, 2015. At the hearing counsel for Petitioner presented an ore tenus notice of withdraw of the petition filed in this cause.
