GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The purpose of this meeting is to conduct the Public Health Systems Assessment for inclusion in the State Health Assessment (SHA), which will provide data used to set priorities for the State Health Improvement Plan (SHIP). All participants will gain a better understanding of each organizations’ contributions, the interconnectedness of activities, and how the public health system can be strengthened.
