NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 17, 2017, the Department of Health received a petition for Variance from paragraph 64E-15.002(2)(b), Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), from Johanne D. Cavazza for Westwood Mobile Home Park, 1804 Nelson Avenue, #34, Ormond Beach, FL 32174. Paragraph 64E-15.002(2)(b), F.A.C., requires that spaces to be utilized for a double-wide mobile home shall contain no less than 3500 square feet with a minimum 50 foot width.
