NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Nursing has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by Shauna N. Taylor on March 6, 2017. The following is a summary of the agency’s disposition of the petition:
The Notice of Petition for Declaratory Statement was published on March 16, 2017 in Volume 43, No. 52 of the Florida Administrative Register. Petitioner asks whether it is within her scope of practice as a registered nurse to administer Botox and various dermal fillers. The Board’s Order, filed on April 25, 2017, states the Petition filed in this cause is not in substantial compliance with the provisions of Section 120.565, F.S., and Rule 28-105, F.A.C. Therefore, the Petition is dismissed.
