Notice of Proposed Ordinance
In accordance with paragraph 337.401(3)(d), FS, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Lake Hamilton, Florida, will hold a public hearing for the first reading on Tuesday, June 5, 2018, 6:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers, Town Hall, in said Town, for the purpose of adopting a proposed ordinance governing a telecommunications company placing or maintaining telecommunications facilities in its roads or rights-of-way.

PLACE: Town Council Chambers, Town Hall, 100 Smith Avenue, Town of Lake Hamilton, FL 33851
SUBJECT: The proposed ordinance creates minimum objective standards for at-grade facilities, below-grade facilities, wireline facilities, utility poles, and small wireless facilities within public rights-of-way and to expressly address current industry practices with respect to the installation of wireless communication facilities. A copy of the proposed ordinance can be obtained by calling the Deputy Clerk’s Office at 1(863)439-1910, or by visiting the Deputy Clerk’s Office during regular business hours at Town Hall, 100 Smith Avenue, Town of Lake Hamilton, FL 33851 . The ordinance is set to take effect upon adoption but apply to all applications filed on or after June 1, 2018.
