Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 44 No. 73, April 13, 2018 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
20-32.003 Use of Coloring Matter.
Only coloring matter previously approved by the Department of Agriculture may be used to color any oranges or citrus hybrids, but not grapefruit or tangerines. fruit excluding tinted food grade wax for use on citrus to maintain freshness,; Mmanufacturer’s instructions for the use of artificial coloring matter shall be followed.
