NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 18, 2006 the Division of Hotels and Restaurants received a Petition for an Emergency Variance for Chapter 61C-1.004(2) (a), Florida Administrative Code, received a petition for Captain’s Inn, a bed and breakfast, located in Mt. Dora. The above referenced F.A.C. states that each public lodging and food service establishment shall be provided with adequate and conveniently located bathroom facilities for its employees and guests…. The petitioner is requesting a variance to. not have a centralized bathroom for guests, but for guests to use their bathrooms inside of their rooms.
