PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of this rule development is to amend Rules 49B-1.007 and 49B-1.010, F.A.C., to update statutory references; to amend Rule 49B-1.011, F.A.C., to increase the General Manager's spending authority and settlement authority from $50,000 to $100,000; to amend Rule 49B-1.013, F.A.C., to reference that the General Manager may delegate the functions of Agency Clerk to another agency employee; and to amend Rule 49B-1.077, F.A.C., to reflect the agency's current physical address.
