The Board of Nursing hereby gives notice that on April 15, 2013, it received a Petition for Declaratory Statement filed by Stewart Parnacott. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Chapter 464.003(3), F.S., as it applies to the petitioner. The petitioner is seeking the Board’s interpretation as to whether the administration of Botox, Dysport, and fillers is within the scope of practice for a registered nurse. The Board will address this petition at its next meeting.
