NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 5, 2015, the Florida Division of Emergency Management, Technological Hazards Section, received a petition for Office Depot/Office Max. Petitioner seeks a waiver of the requirements of Chapter 252.85, Sections (4) and (5), Florida Statutes, adopted by Rules 9G-14.004 and 9G-14.005, Florida Administrative Code, that require payment of late fees and penalties which pose a significant economic/financial hardship. Petitioner has satisfied the reporting requirements.
