    The Mid-Florida Area Agency on Aging dba Elder Options announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: PURPOSE: Scheduled meeting of the Elder Options Board of Directors. The Board will take action on matters to be determined by the members of the Board, which may include matters such as the Executive Director’s Report. The Board will review, discuss, and take action regarding the applications received by Elder Options for funding for the program year beginning July 1, 2019. Programs funded for this period include: Community Care for the Elderly (CCE), Alzheimer’s Disease Initiative (ADI), Home Care for the Elderly (HCE), and Local Service Programs (LSP). The Board will also consider programs that begin in January 2020 that are funded through the Older Americans Act (OAA). The Board’s deliberation will include consideration of the recommendations of the Elder Options Grant Review Committee.
