Statement of Work: Design and construct the installation of a full building standby diesel generator to service both the armory and annex with automatic transfer switches at both buildings. Electrical, concrete pad, and surrounding masonry or other type of enclosure to serve as protection as well as a sound baffle for the generator as necessary, and all related, necessary electrical components.
Estimated Construction Cost: $450,000.00
