    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Corrections has received the petition for declaratory statement from inmates Jeffrey Sundwall, DC# 829113 and Michael Davis, DC# 709457. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of paragraphs 33-103.001(4)(a) and 33-103.014(1)(v), Florida Administrative Code. as it applies to the petitioner.

    The petition seeks to resolve a controversy or answer questions or doubts regarding the interpretation and application of the above-referenced rules as they relate to the Department’s rule on inmate grievances.
