PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Rule 69O-143.0465 is created to implement the NAIC Holding Company System Regulatory Act #440. Rule 69O-143.0466 is created to implement the NAIC Corporate Governance Annual Disclosure Model Act #305 and the NAIC Corporate Governance Annual Disclosure Model Regulation #306.
