    61C-4.010: Sanitation and Safety Requirements
    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 15, 2010, the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants has issued an order.
    The Department received a Routine Variance request on April 5, 2010 for subsections 61C-4.010(6), (7), Florida Administrative Code, from Park Street Caterers, Jacksonville, FL. The above referenced F.A.C. addresses the requirement that at least one accessible bathroom be provided for use by customers. They are requesting to utilize bathrooms located within another licensed food service establishment for customer use only.
    The request was published in Vol. 36, No. 16 on 4/23/10 and approval is contingent upon the Petitioner ensuring the public bathrooms located within Two Doors Down Restaurant (SEA2614363) are maintained in a clean and sanitary manner and are provided with cold running water under pressure, soap, approved drying devices and are available during all hours of operation. The Petitioner shall also ensure directional signage is installed within and outside the establishment clearly stating the location of the bathorooms. If the ownership of Two Doors Down Restaurant changes, a new written agreement must be provided to the division immediately.
