    The Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida hereby gives notice:

    RuleNo:61A-2.014:Applications.

    On March 27, 2013, the Division received a Petition for Variance or Waiver in which the Petitioner, Anheuser-Busch, LLC, requested a waiver of Rule 61A-2.014, F.A.C., Subsection (6), which requires all directors or officers of a corporation with an interest in an alcoholic beverage license to file a set of fingerprints at the time of making application for a beverage license or at the time an interest is created after a license has been issued. The notice of receipt was published on the Florida Administrative Weekly website on 4/11/2013 Vol. 39/71.

    On April 25, 2013, the Division received a notice of withdrawal by and through the Petitioner’s undersigned counsel hereby withdrawing its Petition for Variance or Waiver filed on May 3, 2013, after learning that certain industry members planned to oppose the Petition. Having fully considered the complete record of this case and pursuant to the request of the petitioner, the Division hereby ordered that the Petition for Variance or Waiver dated April 25, 2013, shall be dismissed.
