Notice is hereby given that the Board of Medicine has received a Petition for Declaratory Statement filed by Jack Daubert, M.D., on May 3, 2013. The Petitioner seeks a declaratory statement from the Board with regard to Section 458.3485, Florida Statutes, and Rule 64B8-9.014, F.A.C., as they relate to the Petitioner’s proposed plan to provide patients with remote examinations in the Petitioner’s practice of ophthalmology.
