The Florida Department of Transportation, District 2 announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME: June 24, 2014, 5:00 p.m.

PLACE: Florida Department of Transportation’s Gainesville Operations Center, Auditorium, 5301 N.E. 39th Avenue, Gainesville, FL 32609

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Notice is hereby given that the Florida Department of Transportation will offer an opportunity for a public hearing concerning proposed changes to the State Road numbering of State Road 20/State Road 329 (Main Street) from SR-26 (University Avenue) north to NW 8th Avenue, west to NW 6th Street a distance of approximately 1 mile. The State Road numbers for this section are SR-20 as the primary number and the secondary number as SR-329. The Department is proposing to remove the secondary number SR-329. This section of roadway will now carry only the SR-20 designation.
