Final Order No.: DEO-15-058
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity issued Final Order No. DEO-15-058 on May 4, 2015, in response to an application submitted by Autumn Woods Homeowners’ Association, Inc. for covenant revitalization under Chapter 720, Part III, Florida Statutes.
The Department determined that the application did not meet the statutory requirements for covenant revitalization because the application was not submitted timely to the Department in accordance with Section 720.406(1), Florida Statutes. Additionally, applicant did not comply with Section 720.406(1)(b), Florida Statutes, as the only copy of the bylaws provided was a 2001 Amendment. Accordingly, the Department’s Final Order denied the application for covenant revitalization.
