PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To delete subsection (2) to eliminate the requirement for the department to provide school districts with an estimated Florida Education Finance Program distribution prior to July 1 of each year. The legislature currently completes this calculation each year as part of the conference report and it is posted on the Florida Department of Education website.
