PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To move subsections (1) and (2) of Rule 6A-1.006, F.A.C., Budget Amendments, to Rule 6A-1.007, F.A.C., Execution of the Budget. Subsection (3) of Rule 6A-1.006, F.A.C., will be moved to Rule 6A-1.0071, F.A.C., Fiscal Reporting Dates and Rule 6A-1.006, F.A.C., will be repealed. The effect will be to consolidate requirements pertaining to school district budgets.
