    The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice:

    On May 4, 2018, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting waiver of paragraph 67-48.004(3)(g), F.A.C. (2016) for Parramore Oaks, LLC, so that the Development Type will continue to be designated as Mid-Rise, 4 stories, but that it will not include any units designated as Townhouses. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on March 28, 2018, and notice of the receipt of petition was published on March 29, 2018 in Vol. 44, Number 62, F.A.R.
