    67-48.004Selection Procedures for Developments

    The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice:

    On May 4, 2018, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting waiver of paragraphs 67-48.004(3)(g) and 67-21.003(8)(g), F.A.C. for Caribbean Village, Ltd., granting the change in development type from Mid-Rise 5-6 stories to High Rise and to treat the Development as a High Rise development for all purposes, including but not limited to determining the applicable Total Development Cost Per Unit limitation. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on April 12, 2018 and notice of the receipt of petition was published on April 13, 2018 in Vol. 44, Number 73, F.A.R.
