NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rules in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Volume 49, No. 67, April 6, 2023, issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

The changes are in response to comments from the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee based on the statutory requirement that these rules become effective July 1st. The rules have been updated as follows:
