    64B19-19.006: Confidentiality
    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on April 18, 2008, the Board of Psychology has received the petition for declaratory statement from Randi Most, Ph.D. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Rule 64B19-19.006, Florida Administrative Code, and Section 490.009, Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.

    The petition seeks the Board’s interpretation of Rule 64B19-19.006, Florida Administrative Code, and Section 490.009, Florida Statutes, and whether it would be considered as a breach of confidentiality if petitioner reported a client as an impaired driver to the Department of Highway and Motor Vehicles without a signed consent form.
