The Florida Land and Water Adjudicatory Commission will consider amendment to Chapter 42AA-1, F.A.C., Poinciana Community Development District. Proposed rule amendment to Rule 42AA-1.002, F.A.C., which addresses the boundary of the Poinciana Community Development District, was published in the Florida Administrative Weekly on March 14, 2008 (Vol. 34, No. 11).
