Division of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums and Mobile HomesNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Division of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has received the petition for declaratory statement from Marie M. Dahm, Petitioner, In RE: Sun Island Association, Inc., Docket No. 2008022375. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Chapter 718, Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.
