MBE Participation Goal: 5% Overall. All contractors that are interested in bidding are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference to be held on May 16, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at Duncan Fletcher Middle School No. 63 located at 2000 N. Third Street, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250. Failure to attend the pre-bid conference shall result in disqualification of that firm’s proposal. Attendees will be required to sign an attendance register. All contractors submitting proposals and bids must be pre-qualified with Duval County Public Schools at the time of the ITB Response Due Date. No proposals or bids will be accepted from Contractors who are not pre-qualified at that time. Prequalification forms and information may be obtained at www.duvalschools.org. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
