    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 05, 2016, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Navy Federal Credit Union at 4810 W Nine Mile Road, Pensacola, FL. Petitioner seeks an emergency temporary variance of the requirements of ASME A17.1, Section 2.27.2.3, 2009 edition, as adopted by subsection 61C-5.001(1), F.A.C., that requires an illuminated signal marked “Elevator Emergency Power” to be provided in the elevator lobby to indicate normal power supply has failed and emergency power is in effect, because control wires have not yet been installed.
