NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on April 16, 2007, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for Charlotte County Utilities Burnt Store Facility seeking a variance from Rule 62-521.400, F.A.C., to allow construction of a Class I deep injection well within 500 feet of a potable water supply well.
