The Florida Real Estate Commission hereby gives notice:

Of the issuance of an Order regarding the Petition for Variance or Waiver, filed April 14, 2015, by Aaron F. Miller. The Notice of Petition for Waiver or Variance was published in Vol. 41, No. 61, of the March 30, 2015, Florida Administrative Register. The Board considered the Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting held on April 14, 2015. Petitioner sought a waiver or variance of Rule 61J2-3.008, F.A.C., in regards to the exemption from the Commission-prescribed prerequisite education course for licensure as a real estate salesperson.

The Board’s Order, filed on May 4, 2015, denies the petition finding that Petitioner has not established that the Petitioner will have met the purpose of the underlying statute, nor that he has suffered a substantial hardship or that the principles of fairness are violated in this matter as opposed to someone similarly situated.
