The Miami-Dade Expressway Authority (“MDX” or “Authority”), requires the services of a firm (“Proposer or Consultant”) with the necessary qualifications, expertise and resources to provide Materials Engineering and Testing Services for SR 836 Operational, Capacity and Interchange Improvements. The deadline for submitting a Proposal is June 26, 2015 by 2:00 P.M., Eastern Time.
