53ER18-25  EZmatch™ Promotion

SUMMARY: This emergency rule describes the EZmatch™ Promotion that will begin on June 4, 2018, and continue through July 29, 2018.

THE FULL TEXT OF THE EMERGENCY RULE IS:

53ER18-25 EZmatch™ Promotion.

(1) Beginning June 4, 2018, and continuing through July 29, 2018, the Florida Lottery will conduct the EZmatch™ Promotion. During the promotion period, the EZmatch promotional prize structure set forth below shall supersede the EZmatch standard prize structures set forth in: paragraph (8)(g) of Rule 53ER18-1 FLORIDA LOTTO®; paragraph (8)(d) of Rule 53ER14-37 LUCKY MONEY™; and paragraph (7)(d) of Rule 53ER14-20 FANTASY 5®, F.A.C. The EZmatch promotional prize structure is as follows:

The EZmatch promotional prize structure is also available at flalottery.com, Lottery district offices and retailer locations.

(2) On July 30, 2018, the EZmatch promotional prize structure shall revert to the standard EZmatch prize structures set forth in: paragraph (8)(g) of Rule 53ER18-1 FLORIDA LOTTO®; paragraph (8)(d) of Rule 53ER14-37 LUCKY MONEY™; and paragraph (7)(d) of Rule 53ER14-20 FANTASY 5®, F.A.C.

(3) Except as provided in subsection (1) above, all other provisions of Rules 53ER18-1 FLORIDA LOTTO®, 53ER14-37 LUCKY MONEY™, and 53ER14-20 FANTASY 5®, F.A.C. shall remain in effect.
