NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Management Services has declined to rule on the petition for declaratory statement filed by Isabel del Pino Allen on February 15, 2018. The following is a summary of the agency's declination of the petition:

The Final Order denying the Petitioner's Petition was filed on May 25, 2018. Petitioner was requesting a declaratory statement regarding the retirement account of another member of the Florida Retirement System. As such, Petitioner is not a substantially affected person whose specific set of circumstances would be substantially affected by a declaratory statement issued on this matter. Petitioner also did not have standing to pursue the remedy of a declaratory statement.
