The Department of the Lottery hereby gives notice that on May 28, 2020, the Department entered a Final Order granting Shaunta Stiebel's Petition for Waiver of Rule 53ER17-54, subsections (11)(a) and (18), F.A.C., Payment of Prizes (the "Petition"). The Petition was received by the Department on August 29, 2019. The Department published its notice of receipt of the Petition in the September 12, 2019, edition of the Florida Administrative Register and received no comments. A supplement to the Petition was filed on September 30, 2019. The Petition was deemed approved pursuant to subsection 120.542(8), Florida Statutes.
