PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The District’s Water Use Permit Applicant’s Handbook Part B is incorporated by reference in Rule 40D-2.091(1)(a), F.A.C. Section 2.4.8.4.1.3 of the Applicant’s Handbook is being amended to allow public supply permittees to account for actual reclaimed water use rather than artificially limiting the beneficial reuse of reclaimed water to a fixed percentage. Paragraph 40D-2.091(1)(a), F.A.C., must be updated to incorporate this amendment.
