State Plan Amendment

The Agency for Health Care Administration is requesting an amendment to the Medicaid State Plan. The amendment seeks approval to update the Hospital Reimbursement Methodology language. This amendment to the State Plan will have a federal fiscal impact of $19,020,311 for federal fiscal year (FFY) 2019-20 and $0 for FFY 2020-21. The effective date for this amendment will be June 2, 2020.
