    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This is a general public meeting for interested stakeholders to discuss issues related to developing total maximum daily loads (TMDLs) for water segments in the Southeast Coast basin that are verified for low dissolved oxygen and nutrient impairments. The meeting will provide an opportunity for the Department to present a general approach to develop TMDLs for these impaired waters and receive feedback from local stakeholders. Water segments to be discussed at the meeting include the South New River Canal (WBID 3279) and North Fork New River (WBID 3276A).
