    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection will host a public meeting to take public comment on the Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Council's draft Initial Comprehensive Plan and the accompanying Draft Programmatic Environmental Assessment.
