NOTICE OF CORRECTION
Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 38 No. 40, October 1, 2012 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The Notice of Proposed Rule published in Vol. 38., No. 40, did not clearly indicate whether Legislative Ratification is required. Legislative Ratification is not required for proposed rule 6M-8.500.
