The State of Florida, Department of Management Services (DMS) requests qualifications from engineering firms to provide Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) Engineering Services, primarily in the Northwest Florida Region. These services may be used for projects anywhere in the State of Florida, however, it is anticipated that the firms selected during this process will be activated for projects in the northwest part of the State. Projects may vary in size up to $2,000,000.00 for construction and up to $200,000.00 for planning or study fees.
