PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of this rule is to establish the Application process for the Multifamily Mortgage Revenue Bond (MMRB) Program authorized by Section 142 of the Code and Section 420.509, F.S., and for Non-Competitive Housing Credits authorized by Section 42 of the Code and Section 420.5099, Florida Statutes.
SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The rule development workshop will be held to receive comments and suggestions from interested persons relative to the proposed changes to the Non-Competitive Application Package, as specified in Rule Chapter 67-21, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.).

A RULE DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP WILL BE HELD AT THE DATE, TIME AND PLACE SHOWN BELOW:

PLACE: The workshop will be held in the 6th Floor Seltzer Conference Room at Florida Housing Finance Corporation’s offices (227 North Bronough Street, Tallahassee, Florida) for interested parties who wish to attend in person. The workshop will also be accessible via telephone and the call-in instructions are available at http://www.floridahousing.org/Developers/MultiFamilyPrograms/NonCompetitive/2015RuleDev/.
