Requests for Rate Agreements for Services
Federal Older Americans Act (OAA)
Senior Friendship Centers, Inc. seeks a Request for Rate Agreement Proposal for in-home services for seniors under the Federal Older Americans Act in Lee, Sarasota and DeSoto Counties. The proposal is to provide services beginning September 1, 2015 through December 31, 2019.
If interested in a Letter of Intent to Apply contact cw@friendshipcenters.org by 4:00 p.m. Thursday, June 18, 2015 and leave your name, address, phone number and email. The letter of intent and a current service cost analysis form will be emailed and due back by July 7, 2015 at 12:00 Noon. Those submitting the letter and filled out service cost analysis form will receive a contract package on July 28, 2015 by noon.
The deadline for submission of sealed proposals is August 11, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. Any questions concerning this request will be accepted and responded to by writing ONLY by emailing Nancy Green-Irwin, Director, at ngi@friendshipcenters.org.
