State Plan Amendment

The Agency for Health Care Administration announces that it is requesting an amendment to the Medicaid State Plan. The amendment will request approval to expand peritoneal dialysis treatment coverage from up to three times per week to up to seven times a week provided at a freestanding dialysis center.
