The University of West Florida Board of Trustees invites qualified specialty contractors in the areas of Plumbing Mechanical, HVAC Mechanical, and Utility and Excavation to respond to solicitations for qualifications to provide services on an as-needed basis.
Solicitation documents may be downloaded from the University’s Procurement and Contracts’ website at http://uwf.edu/offices/procurement/vendors-only/open-solicitations/.
Interested firms are required to attend the applicable mandatory pre-submittal meeting(s). The mandatory pre-submittal meetings will be held on Monday, June 20, 2016 in Building 92, Room 110, University of West Florida, 11000 University Parkway, Pensacola, FL 32514 at the following times:
Plumbing Mechanical – 9:00 a.m. Central Time
HVAC Mechanical – 10:00 a.m. Central Time
Utility and Excavation – 11:00 a.m. Central Time
Sealed submittals will be received until 3:00 p.m. Central Time on July 22, 2016 at the Office of Procurement and Contracts, Building 20W, Room 159, University of West Florida, 11000 University Parkway, Pensacola, FL 32514. Late submittals will not be accepted.
The applicable solicitation number must be clearly marked on outside of sealed submittal. The University will not be responsible for unopened submittals when the package is not properly identified. Responses must be submitted in full and in accordance with all terms and conditions of the solicitation.
