NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 08, 2016, the Board of Chiropractic Medicine, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Wallace C. Wade, D.C. The petitioner is seeking a waiver or variance of subsection 64B2-13.001(1), Florida Administrative Code, which requires that for the purpose of renewing a license, an applicant must demonstrate to the Board that he or she participated in at least forty (40) classroom hours of continuing chiropractic education during the past two years.
