NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 08, 2016, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for Waiver from Marcia Gardens, LLC requesting a Waiver of Rule 67-21.013 to allow the purchase of non-credit enhanced bonds by an entity that does not meet the definition of a Qualified Institutional Buyer.
