NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity issued Final Order No. DEO-16-079 on June 2, 2016, in response to an application submitted by Villa D’Este Old World Homes Homeowners’ Association, Inc., for covenant revitalization under Chapter 720, Part III, Florida Statutes.
The Department’s Final Order granted the application for covenant revitalization after determining that the application met the statutory requirements for covenant revitalization.
